We’re looking for a **Warehouse Assistant Manager - Shipping** to lead and support our day-to-day shipping operations. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing supervisors and shipping staff, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries, and driving operational excellence.

This is a **hands-on leadership role**. You won’t be sitting behind a desk—you’ll be on the warehouse floor every day, **boots on the ground**, working alongside your team to keep operations running smoothly. **What You’ll Do**
- Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Lead and support supervisors and their teams through coaching and development
- Monitor productivity, identify improvements, and implement action plans
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and vacation planning to meet business needs
- Partner with sales and order desk teams to resolve shipping challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Manage shipping fleet and equipment maintenance with accuracy and accountability

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or shipping leadership experience
- ** Physically fit** and comfortable with hands-on work in a warehouse setting
- Ability to **lift up to 50 lbs** and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating pallet jacks or willingness to learn
- Strong knowledge of shipping operations and transportation regulations
- Proven ability to coach and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with logistics systems
