**Status**: Permanent, Full Time,

**For internal use: position eligible to the referral program.

**_ Hourly rate offered: $18.82 per hour_**

**_ CHALLENGES WE OFFER_**

Working at our Truro Feed Mill, this position could involve various tasks including:

- Running equipment;
- Milling bags of feed;
- Mixing and/or weighing product;
- Processing sales;
- Loading and unloading shipments regularly, with the capability of repetitive heavy lifting, and use any necessary equipment, e.g. lift truck, forklift, etc.;
- Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments to verify contents and quality; and
- Assisting in the scheduling of freight appointments.

**_YOU FIT THE FOLLOWING PROFILE:_**

The successful applicant will be a strong team player and will:

- be physically fit (able to repeatedly lift 50kg);
- have good coordination;
- have a commitment to safety;
- have a clean criminal background;
- have a strong work ethic and positive attitude;
- have great attention to detail in all areas of work;
- have general knowledge of safe work practices and safe lifting methods; and
- be comfortable working with heights (ladders with safety railings).
