**What You'll Do: Core Responsibilities**
- **Lead the Fiesta**: Supervise, train, and inspire the FOH team, ensuring seamless service and a vibrant, energetic atmosphere.
- **Guest Experience**: Greet guests with enthusiasm and manage seating to maximize flow and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- **Operational Excellence**: Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to maintain efficient restaurant operations.
- **Team Development**: Uphold and train team members on Blanco Cantina's high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- **Problem Solver**: Professionally and promptly handle guest inquiries, issues, and feedback.

**Who You Are: Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: A minimum of **2+ years** of supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced hospitality or restaurant environment.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead, engage, and inspire a team to deliver high-quality guest service.
- **Passion for People**: A guest-centric approach with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
- **ProServe Certified**: Must have or be willing to obtain a valid ProServe Certification.
- **Flexible**: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- **Relocation**: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Calgary, AB.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
