Executive Mat Service is seeking a hardworking and dependable individuals to join our dynamic Production team.

**Job Summary**:
The **Executive Mat Service - Mat Wash & Floor Production** is responsible for overseeing the washing, maintenance, and production of floor mats to ensure quality standards and timely delivery. This role involves operating industrial washing equipment, managing workflow, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Mat Washing & Production Operations**:

- Operate and monitor industrial mat washing and drying machines.
- Ensure mats are cleaned, dried, and finished according to company standards.
- Inspect mats for wear, damage, or defects, and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements.
- Organize washed mats for storage or dispatch to customers.

**2. Quality Control & Efficiency**:

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the mat production process.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure that all meat meets company and customer specifications.
- Optimize production schedules to meet demand and improve efficiency.

**3. Equipment & Facility Maintenance**:

- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of washing equipment and production areas.
- Identify and report any machinery issues to the maintenance team.
- Follow all operational safety guidelines when handling machinery and chemicals.

**4. Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance**:

- Follow all workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Comply with environmental regulations regarding water and chemical usage.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to management promptly.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in industrial laundry, mat services, or production environments is an advantage.
- Ability to operate industrial washing and drying equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to lift and move heavy mats up 75 lbs
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.

**Work Environment**:

- Exposure to heat, humidity, and industrial noise.
- Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Handling cleaning chemicals with appropriate safety measures.
