We're currently hiring three (3) General Labourers / Concrete Finishers to join our Seaforth production team. Shifts may vary

**What You'll Do**

This is a physically demanding, hands-on job in a production environment where you'll work with concrete, steel, and heavy materials. You'll contribute to the full cycle of manufacturing—from setting molds to pouring and finishing concrete. Tasks include:

- Preparing molds (cleaning, setting up, stripping).
- Placing and securing rebar or mesh
- Pouring, raking, screeding, and finishing concrete
- Using trowels, power tools, and overhead cranes
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
- Supporting coworkers and contributing to a safe, efficient shop
- Reporting hazards or equipment issues promptly

**What You Bring**
- Comfort with physical, hands-on work in hot, cold, and dusty environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and basic measurement/math skills
- Ability to read work instructions or basic drawings
- Team-focused mindset with reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to learn new skills — we’re happy to train
- Experience with concrete, cranes, forklifts, power tools or blueprint reading is a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.89 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
