We are seeking **two **- (2)** Class 1A - Semi unit - Tandem truck drivers** for Highways work. This position will be site based, but reporting to the Roads and Highways Division in Regina Saskatchewan.. You’ll be joining a team of recognized industry experts on work that’s critical to our clients and our communities. Position and starting rate based on skills and experience.

**Job Summary**: We are currently hiring experienced tandem, tri-drives, box trucks/pups’ drivers to haul gravel to and from client specified site locations in a safe, responsible, and expedient manner. This is a full-time position with flexible shifts (10-12 hours as required with shift work available).

**Scope of Responsibilities**:

- Hauls gravel with tandem, tri-drives, box trucks/pups or other relevant equipment while observing safe work practices.
- Conducts pre-post job checks on commercial trucks and trailers (tandem, tri-drive, box trucks/pups).
- Attends and participates in toolbox talks and Hazard Assessment meetings.
- Ensures that all necessary paperwork and reports are filled out properly.
- Ensures all equipment is properly maintained and conducts preventive maintenance activities such as oiling, greasing, and cleaning equipment daily.
- Works with supervisor and other operators to maintain an orderly and safe work site.
- Advises the Supervisor of any requirements for maintenance or repair.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Class 1 license (or equivalent) a must.
- Commercial and/or off-road Class 1 Driving experience.
- Off-Road driving experience - asset.
- H2S certification an asset.
- Able to haul end dumps
- Clean drivers abstract.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
- Ability to understand and effectively execute verbal and written directions.
- Adheres to company Health, Safety, & Environmental reporting and standard assessments.
- Knowledge of repairs considered an asset.
- Safety conscious, detail orientated and team player.
