**Position**:
Research and Development Associate - Automated Residential Construction

**Company**:
Custom Cottage Designs Inc. (CCDI) is a new company prepairing to set up a semi automated manufacturing facility to build pre-fabricated modular housing units.

Our housing designs will incorporate several patented innovations; we will be building several prototype units incorporating our innovations.

We will be seting up an automated manufacturing line to manufacture some of our housing elements. Our future automated manufacturing system will invovle the use of several robotic arms that have been equipped with our customized tooling solutions.

**Position Requirements**:
**Assisting with and contributing to the following objectives**:

- constructing several prototype small housing units
- incorporating and implementing pantented innovations into housing prototype units
- designing and seting up housing manufacturing facility
- designing of a fully automated manufacturing line for the construction of component elements
- seting up and operating an automated manufactring prototype facility
- designing and setup up a larger formal automated manufactring facility

**Applicant Requirements**:

- Requires a post gradute degree in related technologies and must be knowledgeable in CAD and MCAD robotic operations and programming
- Requires professional residential construction experience - construction labor will be invoved in prototype construction and set up of operations
- 10 years plus related experience is preferred
- Management level experience required
- Must be extremely capable, motivated and organized

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
