We are currently seeking contract managers to join our network. This position is remote, however you must be located in Ontario or Alberta, Canada.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Red-lining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements with the legal team to facilitate company goals cross-functionally
- Reporting on contract analyses (i.e. legal risks) and reviewing contract compliance with company policy
- Maintaining, organizing, and working through a queue of contracts while practicing prioritization and efficiency
- Identifying and communicating areas of improvement

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of well-rounded contract management experience in-house or at a recognizable law firm
- Specifically IT-focused commercial contract negotiator experience, including being well-versed in negotiating and managing sell-side (MSAs, NDAs, order forms/quotes, DPAs, etc.) and buy-side (vendor, contractor) agreements
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate with vendors/suppliers while maintaining contractual compliance with legal terms and conditions
- Track record of working cross-functionally to achieve company goals while showcasing prioritization skills
- Experience working independently and cross-functionally, with the ability to stay on top of deadlines and set personal goals
