Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage a diverse team.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Manage and optimize workflow processes to meet production goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that arise in a timely manner

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

- On call
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
