We are seeking a **qualified Pilates Instructor** to operate their own Pilates business in our **upstairs studio space** within a golf performance focused academy. *We are looking for private contractors that will pay rent to use the space and grow their business. This is a unique opportunity for an instructor looking to grow their own brand while collaborating closely with an established golf academy to **complement and cross-support both businesses**. We are looking for two + instructors that will pay rent for the space.

Opportunity Overview:

- Operate your **own Pilates business** out of a dedicated upstairs space
- Build your own clientele while gaining exposure to our junior and adult golf students
- Collaborate with golf instructors to support golfers through mobility, core strength, posture, and injury prevention programs
- Create integrated offerings that enhance golf performance and player longevity

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver professional Pilates sessions (mat, reformer, or both)
- Design programs tailored to golfers, athletes, and active individuals
- Maintain your own scheduling, pricing, and client management
- Provide safe, effective instruction with strong attention to form and movement quality
- Work collaboratively with the golf academy team when appropriate
- Certified Pilates Instructor
- Currently running (or planning to run) an independent Pilates business
- Interest in sports performance and working with golfers
- Professional, self-motivated, and collaborative
- Open to cross-referrals, joint programs, and shared marketing initiatives
