**SUBCONTRACTORS ONLY**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION (TRUCK OR VAN), CARS NOT ACCEPTED
- SUB-CONTRACTORS MUST HAVE A REGISTERED COMPANY WITH WSIB AND INSURANCE
- Must have 2-4 years cleaning experience
- Must have safety steel toe shoes and hard hat for construction zones

**ROLES**:

- FULL-TIME
- PART-TIME

**Work Locations**:

- Riverside south
- Vanier
- Findlay Creek
- Post construction clean up
- Workdays: Monday to Friday
- Hours of operation 7am-4pm
- Detailed cleaning of homes and condos that are newly developed including interior windows, cabinets, mirrors, sinks, bathtubs and showers, sweeping/mopping floors and vacuuming carpets
- Must be able to hold and transport equipment that’s supplied in your vehicle

**WE PROVIDE ALL equipment, cleaning supplies, and solutions. A security deposit of $500.00 is required to receive all equipment. The deposit is returned once all equipment is returned upon departure if you choose to no longer work with us. You may be charged if you damage our machines.**
