**During the training phase (3-6 months depending on experience) you will be expected to learn our business by;**
- Gain experience and rapport with our dealer and customer network
- Prove your ability to work in a team atmosphere ensuring maximum approval rates
- Learning the intricacies of reviewing credit and finding the best solutions for Customers and Dealers, as well as learning and presenting solutions for declined customer

**As part of our Sales Team your main responsibilities will be;**
- Completing an over the phone financial disclosure of loan information
- Follow the sales process in offering solutions and items that protect the customer and meet their needs.
- Preparing, printing, and vetting of all loan and financial documents
- Communicate professionally with customers and dealers.
- Work in weekend and evening rotation (post probation)

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Secondary School Diploma
- Post-secondary degree an asset
- Experience working in the Marine, RV or Powersports space an asset
- Strong Customer service-oriented background
- OMVIC Certification (enrollment and certification will be provided by PosPro if required)

**Preferred Skills**
- High level of computer knowledge and typing skill
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite as well as Microsoft One Drive
- Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment while maintaining organization.
- Manage seasonal expectations adjusting focus to account for our busiest times of the year.
- High Moral Compass
- Demonstrated compassion for a customer network.
- Capable of working in a team as well as independently while maintaining productivity
