Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and recruitment plans.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of positions, including job posting, sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, and extending of offer upon selection
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition, employer branding, workforce planning and Onboarding.
- Assist as needed in various Human Resources tasks, such as benefit administration, compliance, documentation, and investigations
Qualifications:
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate setting.
- 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to use a variety of recruitment tools and techniques.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
