We are looking to fill the following position:
**Intensive Case Manager - University Prepared Registered Social Worker, Full-Time**

The Intensive Case Manager provides a range of outreach services to support clients living in the community including assessment, goal planning, advocacy, health teaching, crisis intervention, and supportive counselling. This role works closely with our multi-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists, and Intensive Case Managers who include Registered Nurses, Social Workers, and an Occupational Therapist. The position also includes selected additional duties specific to their profession and will be of interest to those who enjoy the community setting working Monday to Fridays 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

**Qualifications**:
Ø Proof of current registration in good standing with their professional body.

Ø Previous experience working with individuals living with mental illness and addictions

Ø Commitment to principles of psychosocial rehabilitation

Ø Demonstrated success leading therapy groups a strong asset

Ø Bilingual French/English an asset

Ø Driver’s License and access to reliable vehicular transportation

**Salary**: In accordance with the OPSEU Collective Agreement: $33 - $37.33 per hour for SW plus a comprehensive and generous benefit, pension and vacation package

**Hours of Work**: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Unpaid lunch break of 45 minutes.

**Salary**: $33.00-$37.33 per hour
