Member and Client Desjardins Philanthropic Offer Support Advisor

The Desjardins Foundation is Desjardins Group’s charitable organization. It manages approximately 300 philanthropic funds, with $42 million in assets and potential surpassing $300 million. Given these funds’ rapid growth, we're looking for someone for the position of Member and Client Desjardins Philanthropic Offer Support Advisor to improve our support for members and clients who created the funds. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining a close, proactive relationship with creators of funds, analyzing the needs of members and clients and participating in the development and implementation of personalized solutions, mainly to build loyalty. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You'll also be responsible for performing various administrative and transactional tasks related to fund administration. Finally, you’ll work with other team members to roll out a donor loyalty plan. You’ll ensure the satisfaction of high-net-worth members and clients and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Perform administrative and transactional tasks related to the administration of existing funds
- Work with contribution leads to oversee deliverables and meet loyalty objectives while staying on budget and on schedule
- Help develop and optimize procedures and work methods
- Collect, compile and analyze data, then draft reports and issue recommendations
- Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting the retention of creators of funds and their succession
- Analyze and meet clients’ technical needs, handle requests and follow up as needed.

**What you bring to the table**
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Knowledge of the Office 365 suite
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to enter data in the systems
- Expertise in handling large volumes of requests
- Expertise in writing content
