The
**Sales and Marketing Manager (SMM)** manages and leads motorcoach and charter bus sales, marketing, and advertising. A true collaborator, the SMM will harness their stakeholder engagement skills to build and strengthen new and existing client relationships and proactively engage with prospective clients.
The SMM will execute the Sales and Marketing plan, research, and develop creative and innovative marketing initiatives that create results and foster TRAXX’s vision and values. And as we pursue opportunities, we ensure they align with and enhance the company’s overall strategy of sustainability and innovation that is based on the

As a people leader, your professional, genuine and mentor-like leadership skills will be used as you work closely with your team to foster safe environments to learn and grow. The SMM leads the Sales Team (ST) and the Marketing Team (MT) and must ensure their teams are interactive and collaborative, such as liaising with the Accountant Management Representatives (AMRs), the Customer Excellence Representatives (CERs), and the Customer Excellence Supervisor (CES).

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary education in business, sales & marketing or business development. An equivalent combination of education, training and related experience may be considered.
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in sales, marketing, development, customer service, and business administration or a combination thereof.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in the leadership and supervision of staff, including developing and evaluating employee performance, coaching, team building and mentoring.
- Minimum of three years of experience establishing collaborative relationships with other leaders and external stakeholders.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience leading and coaching multi-disciplinary teams in developing and implementing sales and marketing projects.
- Industry experience in Transportation, Travel, or Tourism industry preferred.
