**TERM: Full-Time, Contract ending August 27**
**WAGE: $16.00 per hour + Commission**

The Member Service Representative works with CAA members to sell and renew memberships, produce triptiks, provide CAA materials and sell merchandise. Participation in consumer information sessions and other travel-related events may be required.
**Job Duties**
- Provide members with Auto Travel materials and related services including triptiks, maps, and tour books
- Sell, upsell, and renew memberships
- Promote and sell travel merchandise
- Answer member/client inquiries
**Qualifications and Skills**:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Enrolled full-time in the previous academic year and returning full-time in the upcoming academic year
- Students registered in Travel & Tourism program or related discipline preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
