**Job Description: Seasonal Summer Painter**:
**Position Details**:

- ** Full-time, Monday to Friday** (8-hour shifts)
- ** Seasonal position: May - August**
- ** Outdoor and hands-on work** with a **supportive team**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Engage with clients professionally to ensure **excellent customer service**

**Prepare surfaces** for painting (cleaning, sanding, priming, taping, etc.)

Execute **painting techniques with precision and attention to detail**

Work **efficiently with team members** to complete projects on schedule

Maintain a **clean and organized work area**

**Follow safety procedures** and adhere to industry standards

Transport equipment to job sites and **ensure tools are properly maintained**

**Qualifications**:
**No prior experience required** - we provide **full training**

**Hardworking, motivated, and eager to learn**

**Strong attention to detail** and **dedication to quality workmanship**

**Reliable transportation** to job sites

**Physical ability** to lift equipment and perform manual tasks

**Positive attitude, professionalism, and great teamwork skills**
