**About the job**:
Quadbridge is looking for a Buyer & Bid Specialist to join its operations team. The Buyer and Bid Specialist will report to the Operations Manager and will work jointly with a team of 3 people. This position is vital because it supports the sales team. That's why we are looking for a person who is bright, resourceful, conscientious and who likes to collaborate with his peers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Place Purchase Orders for Sales Orders with our Distribution Partners.
- Resolve pricing and stock discrepancies to ensure order accuracy.
- Manage and Maintain a backorder report including ETA, Serial and Tracking.
- Find alternative distribution stock for backorder items.
- Request Deal Registration and Bids on behalf of the sales team.
- Manage and renew deal registration and Bids on expiration.
- Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests and coordinate with Vendor and Customer on returns.
- Maintain and update an RMA report for companywide visibility.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing environment.
- Experience in IT industry - a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - English & French due to customers located outside Quebec.
- Organizational, problem solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
