**Responsibilities**
- Maintain record of all donations and all non-automotive or event-based sponsorships
- Manage intake, approval and execution of all internal and external donation requests o This includes reviewing and recommending improvements to current process
- Oversee the customer premium campaign process from start to finish for catalogues
- Manage the indirect purchasing of premium/donation items including their inventory o This includes procuring items, updating the purchasing guides, placing orders, creating and receiving purchase orders, internal using issued items in Autopart
- Communicating the Community Outreach initiatives undertaken by Lordco and impact o This includes developing a plan to profile these initiatives on our social media platforms, company website including the blog, and other channels as needed
- Other duties/projects as requested by the Marketing team including support of others

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- University degree or equivalent corporate experience
- Must be a team player while being able to work independently
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with an interest in marketing
