The Outside Pump Salesperson is responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients through face-to-face meetings and networking. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build long-term relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Wage range is $33.50 - $34.60 per hour plus commissions, vehicle allowance, cell phone and gas card. Wages scaled based on education and/or experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Considerate and professional conduct

- Determine needs, research products and generate quotes
- Co-ordinate customer requirements, deadlines and concerns with colleagues/vendors
- Place and pull orders, load vehicles as needed
- Support, promote and attend vendor/customer events

- Solution driven

**Essential**:

- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills
- Good written and verbal communication

- Completion of Grade 12
- Knowledge of Plumbing and Pump products as asset
