Applications are invited for the position of Warehouse & Delivery Worker effective as soon as possible. This position reports to the CEO.

West-Can Floor & Home is on the lookout for a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic workforce. If you're an enthusiastic, self-driven individual with a strong work ethic, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in order picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping, receiving, replenishing, and organizing products.
- Deliver Flooring products to job site.
- Employ electronic methods to maintain precise control over inventory.
- Participate in inventory counting to ensure accuracy.
- Efficiently load and unload trucks.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, drive 3 Ton Truck and more.
- Uphold a safe and tidy workspace, consistently adhering to workplace safety protocols.

**As a West-Can floor & home Warehouse and Delivery employee, we require from you**:

- Demonstrated commitment to punctuality and exceptional attendance.
- Clean criminal record.
- Clean Drivers Abstract report.
- Class 5 drivers’ license.
- Valid Work Visa (if not a resident).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, carrying out physically demanding tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented nature accompanied by excellent organizational skills.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Forklift License and experience required.
- Capability to comfortably lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis.
