**Role Responsibilities**:

- The Store Associate provides excellent customer service to every client, creating long-term relationships with customers.
- Deliver exceptional consumer experience through positive communication, demonstrating brand values, attitude, and culture.
- Ensure store meets key performance indicators and minimizes profit loss and shrink.
- Supports corporate programs, initiatives, and strategies with strong commitment to perfect implementation.
- Drives sales by assessing the unique needs of customers and adding on in accordance with the Reebok service standards.
- Demonstrates strong wardrobing skills by assessing the unique needs of customers and keeping current on product knowledge, new arrivals, location of merchandise and fashion trends.
- Promotes all loyalty programs and brand initiatives.
- Keeps Health and Safety guidelines in mind, when working in the designated retail space.
- Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines, keeping esthetics of the retail space immaculate and inviting.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Proficient retail knowledge - operational and selling skills.
- Well developed ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak (conversational) English.
- Having worked in a sales environment, understanding how to execute on exceptional customer consultation skills, that result in meeting sales quota’s.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, and the public.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, crouch, listen and respond. Walking the store to ensure stock accessibility and quality standards are met. Safe reach with hands and arms; climbing and strong balance is required along with stooping.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 12 kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 34 kg.
- Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and statutory holidays.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
