As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Bilingual (FR/EN) HR Coordinator to join our team and support our HR operations.

**Summary**:
As a Bilingual HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing HR support to our employees, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, managing benefits coordination, and overseeing the implementation and management of a new HRIS. You will also be responsible for drafting employment agreements, supporting the HR business partner (HRBP), and assisting the HR leader in various administrative functions.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide exceptional internal customer service in both French and English.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Coordinate the implementation and management of the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and system optimization.
- Draft and review employment agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist HRBP and HR leader in preparing reports, communications, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation
- Conduct research on assigned projects (employment equity, new legislation, H&S etc)
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR processes and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:

- Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Tech-savvy with exposure in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and thrive in fast-paced environments.
