Join the dynamic Simcoe Muskoka Rehab team in our beautiful 10,000 square foot facility under the same roof as Simcoe Muskoka Orthopaedics as part of the Ontario Workers Network. Our multidisciplinary team works closely with the five Orthopaedic Surgeons and is well integrated within the community. The Program Coordinator is an integral player on the team who is responsible for:

- Coordinating patient appointments
- Supporting clinicians with patient flow to ensure quality metrics are achieved
- Liaison between provincial body and local assessment team
- Collaboration with fellow team members to provide an exceptional patient and team experience
- Other duties as required

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience with one of more of the following considered an asset: third party billing, clinical databases, medical office setting
- Certificate in office administration preferred
- Customer service experience

**Competencies**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective written and verbal communication style
- Superior time management
- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities
- Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
