**What you will be doing**

You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, quiet, respectable night environment at the hostel in accordance with our policies, procedures, and mission statement. The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasurable stay by meeting their needs in a professional and courteous manner, and by providing excellent customer service. This position is responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, performing cash transactions, the night audit, and answering questions in person and over the phone.

**What we are looking for**

The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, and as a team member.

Excellent communication skills

Prior cash management and customer service experience

Comfortable working by yourself, and be available to work during the nighttime hours.
