A Dynamic Landscape Construction Foreman is one that adapts to the changing demands of a job site, effectively communicates with and manages both employees and clients, maintains an encouraging and enjoyable work environment, and ensures all work undertaken is done so to the highest standard. Responsibilities of a Landscape Construction Foreman are:

- Managing the execution of construction projects, planning labour requirements, planning equipment requirements, and planning material deliveries and timing to ensure completion of job(s) within project deadlines.
- Managing safety, quality and productivity of work at job sites.
- Assisting in the preparation of job sites prior to the beginning of a project.
- Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the day to day work activities of a landscape construction crew of 4 to 8 employees.
- Delegating job tasks to appropriate crew members to assist in the completion of landscape constructions.
- Operating various tools and equipment, including heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
- Performing preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a daily basis.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to delegate/complete work activities.
- Meeting with subcontractors and supervising quality, efficiency, and deadlines.
- Completing and submitting all required paperwork on a daily basis.
- Maintaining and enforcing standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, and job site areas.
- Communicating with customers in a polite and courteous manner.

- Ability to remain motivated and driven to consistently offer a high-quality product and service
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of job requirements and weather conditions
- Ability to lift at least 50LBS
- Ability to travel to and from job sites (license and own vehicle)

- We are involved in the landscape design build industry operating in the mid
- to high-end area of the sector with the majority of work occurring on residential properties.
- We were founded in 1976 and have gone on to win more than 100 national and international awards since our establishment.
- We typically operate from April to December (weather dependent). Operating months may extend into January, February, and March depending on the type of work occurring.
- Our standard work week is Monday to Friday from 7am to 5:30pm (50 hours/week).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
