Position Overview

We are seeking a highly collaborative and strategically minded professional who is interested in a unique opportunity supporting the Vice President (VP) of Strategy for Autodesk’s Entertainment and Media Solutions Group (EMS).

You will be working directly with the VP and other Chief of Staffs, both from the EMS organization and across Autodesk, to ensure all EMS group level goals & programs are planned and executed. As a critical partner in the EMS Strategy team, you will define and manage the rhythm of this group as well as coordinate quarterly business objectives & key results. You will be a pivotal player requiring influence, initiative, creativity, and resolve to ensure the team is well positioned to execute.

You will partner with the VP and the strategy team influence our culture, build engagement as well as define our investments and strategic initiatives. You will have an amazing opportunity to help create clarity and define what success looks like for the team.

This position can be located in Canada or the United States.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage Staff Meetings: Plan and facilitate senior management meetings, including formulating the topics to cover, building, and advising agendas, guiding the discussion, bringing together notes and action items, and following up as appropriate- Help develop team charter, mission and operating model and track team goals, KPIs and other metrics- Ensure measurable KPIs are developed for the programs, and that they align to the overall KPIs for the company and goals- Distill and Synthesize Strategic Discussions into discernible, executable plans: Enable discussion while providing the connection points between strategic ideas- Partner with EMS Strategy leadership team to ensure cross-functional alignment with other EMS and Autodesk groups- Develop and own the Strategy team’s Communications Plans, both internal and external- Act as an advisor to the VP and leadership team and be a sounding board on matters of strategy, execution, and operations- Champion employee engagement for the team- Attend meetings, provide direction, and address inquiries or issues on behalf of the VP as their proxy

Minimum Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in a high-tech business environment preferred- 10+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, business operations, strategic planning and/or a similar function- Media & Entertainment industry experience preferred- Proven record of seamless execution of complex projects- Outstanding facilitation skills- Excellent relationship building, influencing, and communication skills- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills- Excellent analytical, quantitative reasoning and strategic skills- Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable- Ability to steer teams towards effective decision making- Proven track record of ensuring accountability and results- Excellent presentation skills; highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint a must- Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred

Preferred Qualifications- Is skilled at building effective relationships at multiple levels within a dynamic environment- Has demonstrated the ability to quickly build trust and credibility with people.- Has a natural inclination for developing strong relationships and networks and able to work well with different personality types- It is imperative that they be an excellent and persuasive communicator with exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skill. They must also be a PowerPoint ninja- Has the ability to foster an atmosphere of collaboration and partnership across the organization- Can manage conversations, synthesizing multiple points of view, and aligning on direction all in an impartial and professional way- Is an energetic and detailed-oriented leader who can effectively manage and empower people to achieve results- Have a strong work ethic, a commitment to clear goals and measurable outcomes, an ability to learn quickly and work well in teams- Is courageous and accountable

Vous travaillerez directement avec le (la) vice-président(e) et les autres chefs du personnel, à la fois de l’organisation EMS et de l’ensemble d’Autodesk, afin de vous assurer que tous les objectifs et programmes au niveau du groupe EMS sont planifiés et mis en œuvre. En tant que partenaire essentiel de l’équipe de stratégie EMS, vous définirez et gérerez le rythme de travail de ce groupe
