**Job Description**:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing superior customer service to travel agents and clients by efficiently handling Coach tours, South packages and Europe packages requests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound calls from external customers (B2C) and travel agents (B2B) by demonstrating listening skills, empathy and a sincere desire to provide outstanding service;
- Advise travel agents and clients on coach tours and related products;
- Make reservations and changes to tours and ancillary products related to the files on several computer systems;
- Answer calls for South and Europe packages
- Stay up to date on auxiliary products, services, promotions and various procedures;
- Have a sharp approach to customer service: target the most important customer needs related to the proposed/chosen trip, pay particular attention to special needs;
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail and autonomy to adapt to the complexity of the products tours: filling, guaranteed departure, deviation, 2 or 3 back to back tours, etc.;

**Qualifications**:
Additional informations:

- Training duration: 3 days
- Type of training: online and virtual classroom
- Training location: 300 Léo-Pariseau in Montreal and/or telecommuting
- Workplace after the training: flexible, 300 Léo-Pariseau in Montreal or in telecommuting
- Full time 37.5h or part time 30h.
- The agent must be able to answer calls from our 2 clienteles: B2B and B2C
- The agent must have been trained on Southern and European products
- The agent must be available between 9am and 6pm on weekdays. According to the operational needs related to the tour offer, Saturdays in high season between 9am and 5pm. Sundays are to be validated according to the needs of the travel agencies.
- The work schedule is variable and is confirmed one month in advance (days, evenings and weekends).
