West Coast Crate Company is a local family owned business that manufactures wooden shipping crates for shipping/export. We have clients from a multitude of industries who ship all over the world. Each project is a unique opportunity and challenge.

We are looking to add another builder/on-site labourer to our team. Someone with a good attitude, who can work independently as well as with a team, who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with their hands and solving problems.

We offer on-site crating/packaging services for our clients. You will be traveling to the customers location for this service. On days when we do not have on-site work scheduled, you will be working in the shop as a builder. You will be acting as a representative of our company while on-site and responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Travel to customers location for crating/packaging services
- Build crates as directed by management
- Basic maintenance of equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Prepare products for shipping
- Help with incoming/outgoing shipments
- **Requirements**:_
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the lower mainland
- Experience with power tools not required but considered an asset

This is a full-time position. Our shop is located in Abbotsford, BC.

Our shop hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday.

Occasional overtime offered.
