Aliments LUDA Foods is looking for **a motivated, reliable**individual to join our Processing Team.

**Role**:
**Regular Duties**:

- Produces finished ingredients using the base ingredients required as per specifications.
- Reads and interprets formulas; follows recipes.
- Selects, weighs, and pours ingredients meant for mixing.
- Uses and identifies materials and products in a lot and batch controlled environment.
- Ensures all ingredients have been compiled.
- Operate single-function machines to grind or sift as required.
- Cleans, washes, sanitizes work area, containers, and equipment using water, detergents and sanitizer.
- Verifies calibration of metal detector.
- Determines that mixing equipment is set-up as required to ensure safe and efficient operation; advises supervisor of any deviation.
- Follows mixing sequence from recipe; advises supervisor of any issue.
- Operates basic mixing functions (start, stop, reverse) on equipment, mixing, blending and preparing food products for manufacture.
- Use paddles, brushes, etc. to mix food.
- Records batch making results (metal detector verification, batch weight, mixing observations, etc.) on register.
- Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands, in order to ensure conformance to established standards (texture, color).
- Collect samples of materials or products for quality control testing.
- Uses safety equipment supplied as required during various process (goggles, masks, earplugs)
- Replace other positions when required

**Advanced duties for meat and seasoned fat processing**
- Sets up and adjusts processing and packaging machines preparatory to operation
- Operates single-function machines to cook or otherwise process food products.
- Operates multi-function process control machinery through control panels or other control systems to melt, mix, blend, cook or otherwise process food products and to bag, box or otherwise package food products
- Observes gauges, computer printouts and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions and make adjustments to process variables such as cooking times, ingredient inputs, flow rates and temperature settings
- Produces finished ingredients utilizing the required raw ingredients in accordance with specifications.
- Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products to ensure conformance to requirements.
- Examines materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands, in order to ensure conformance to established standards.
- Uses and identifies materials and products in a lot and batch controlled environment.
- Dumps or pours specified amounts of materials into machinery and equipment.
- Observes production and monitors equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Records production data for each food product batch such as the ingredients used, temperature and time cycle and/or other data required as per implemented procedures (includes HACCP monitoring).
- Collects samples of materials or products for laboratory testing.
- Cleans, washes, sanitizes work area, containers, and equipment using water, detergents and sanitizers.
- Checks products to ensure conformance to company standards and clear machine blockages as required.

**Rôle**:
Procéder à la transformation ou au mélange d'ingrédients de base en ingrédients finis en appliquant une variété de connaissances au niveau des matériaux, des produits et des méthodes de transformation.

**Tâches Régulières**:

- Opère les fonctions de base de l'emballage (démarrer, arrêter, inverser) ou assemble manuellement les composants.
- Cela inclut : alimenter les composants, appliquer les composants, retirer les produits finis de la ligne de production, palettiser les produits finis, etc.
- Utilise et identifie les matériaux et produits dans un environnement contrôlé.
- Apporte de légers ajustements à la machine d'emballage.
- Inspecte et trie les composants.
- Inspecte et trie les produits finis pendant le processus d'assemblage.
- Suit les exigences d'emballage à partir de l'ordre de travail.
- Enregistre les résultats du processus d'emballage sur le registre.
- Nettoie, lave et désinfecte la zone de travail, les contenants et les équipements.
