Orleans, Canada Campbell Pools Full time

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Water chemistry and lab duties including, testing, analyzing, chemical recommendations, problem solving and learning company software and systems (All training done on-site).
- General pool/spa service duties including, chemical treatment recommendations, basic service questions and assistance with finding and replacing equipment and parts.
- Learning about pool/spa equipment, chemicals, setups and maintenance (All training done on-site).
- General customer service duties including, handling of requests and complaints, identifying customer needs, processing orders and recording inquiries.
- Store maintenance duties including, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash disposal and general facing/arranging of floor products.
- Potential cashier duties including cash/card transactions, completing end-of-night cash reports and counting/tracking sales.

**potential for additional responsibilities may come with time and experience, dependent on the individuals grasp of starting material and duties.**

**Additional Skills**:

- Current or previous ownership of a pool or spa is a strong asset.
- Previous experience with water chemistry or maintenance is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a customer service setting is and asset, but not mandatory.

**Qualifications**:

- We are ideally looking for a FIRST YEAR college or university student who can preferably commit to two seasons with us.
- BILINGUALISM IS MANDATORY as we work with many Francophone and French-first members of the community.
- MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT A MINIMUM OF 50 POUNDS.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Campbell Pools follows all current Ontario and Ottawa health guidelines including, mandatory masking in-store from staff and customers, daily sanitization routines and legislated capacity mandates.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Orleans, ON K1C 2X8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
