**Your job**
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure every client interaction is positive and meaningful.
- Open accounts and offer banking products tailored to client needs.
- Identify opportunities for referrals to Account Managers to support clients’ financial success.
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining compliance and attention to detail.
- Educate clients on banking products to promote understanding and engagement.
- Contribute to the success of the branch through collaboration and continuous learning.

**Your team**

You will be part of a team of customer service professionals, reporting to the Branch Manager. Our team stands out for its people-first approach, collaboration, and commitment to client success. **Basic requirements**
- Some post-secondary education and 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills with a people-first approach.
- Interest in financial products and a desire to grow within the banking industry.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using MS Office and other banking systems
