**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Food preparation to order, providing consistent, quality food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support the taproom team in various tasks as needed
- Assist manager in kitchen staff scheduling, wholesale ordering, and safe work practices
- Maintain inventory and kitchen log books
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is necessary
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Understanding of basic food safety guidelines
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as individually
- Willingness to learn and take direction from staff members
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
