The role we are offering you:
By joining our team, you will play a key role in supporting the Company and business units in achieving its strategic objectives. You will report to the head of Enterprise Risk Management to support all aspects of the ERM program, such as:

- Strategy:

- Oversee the annual update of risk appetite and tolerance.
- Conduct the annual BU updates and annual enterprise updates during annual strategic and business planning process.
- Risk Identification, Monitoring and Reporting:

- Support divisions in risk assessments intended for bids, proposals and incubation projects.
- Conduct deep-dives and various forward-looking risk assessments intended to management (including the annual enterprise geopolitical risk assessment).
- Lead / support ad hoc risk assessments/scenario analysis.
- Conduct research on emerging risks and provide forward-looking insights.
- Collaborate with other risk functions to develop and implement risk frameworks, processes, and guidelines in an integrated manner.
- Culture: Enhance risk culture and awareness by training employees on risk management practices and leading enterprise communication campaigns.
- Technology: Support risk owners with risk-management platform
- Governance:

- Support the quarterly risk report preparation and issuance to the Division presidents, ERM Committee, Executive Management Committee, and Board.
- Support and enhance ERM liaisons program in each division.
- Support the continuous improvement of risk management in key governance and business processes (e.g. Strategic planning, Capital allocation, Crisis management, Publicly disclosing risks, bids and proposals, Sustainability, Incubation).
- Lead the annual update of ERM policy and annual presentation to the Audit Committee.
- Strategic mind-set and ability to understand and explain complex frameworks.
- Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Result-oriented and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Curious, positive attitude, pragmatic.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Bilingualism in English and French is an asset).
- Ability to build relationships throughout the organization in all corporate and operational levels.

Preferred Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, economics, risk management or equivalent experience in risk management and governance.
- Risk management certifications (RIMS, FERMA, GRMI) are an asset.
