FGL Sports is looking for a Coordinator - Business Intelligence, in order to meet the requirements and priorities of the Business Intelligence department. Your role will be to support the analysts using different data tools. You will have to organize, evaluate and update several data sources needed for the Business Intelligence department.

What you’ll do
- Define the data structure to meet the visualization needs
- Set up the data model and the necessary data transformation layers to optimize the company's KPIs
- Ensure the quality, integrity and truthfulness of the data used in the BI tools and perform data validation tests with the help of different departments
- Maintain and/or update the different dashboards and other necessary reference tools of the company and manage access to the different tools
- Support the BI team with the different departments of the company and the franchisee network regarding the technological issues of the data tools (Cubes, Power BI, etc.)
- Participate in the maintenance of the DevOps of the different tools (daily uploads, improvements and training documents)
- Perform all other related duties necessary for the proper functioning of the Business Intelligence department

What you bring
- College or university degree, preferably in computer science, business intelligence, analytics or another related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in data/analysis, a business intelligence tools integration team, e-commerce or any other relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VBA, Power Query)
- Excellent French required, excellent English an asset
- Retail experience an asset
- Experience with an ERP, Power BI (an asset)
- Good research and learning skills
- Analytical mind with problem-solving ability
- Important sense of precision and meticulousness
- Autonomous, rigorous and excellent at managing priorities
- Ability to work as part of a team
