The Opportunity

We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and **sales-driven individuals** to join our front-end team as **Part-Time Membership Sales Associates**. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable sales experience within a dynamic and supportive fitness environment.

**Weekend availability is essential**, and there may be opportunities for additional evening shifts.

What You'll Do

As a Membership Sales Associate, you'll be a key point of contact for prospective members, guiding them through their fitness journey with us. Your core responsibilities will include:

- **Engaging with Leads**: Proactively interact with walk-ins, referrals, and new leads to promote our memberships and facility offerings.
- **Conducting Tours**: Lead engaging tours of our state-of-the-art facility, clearly explaining our membership options to align with individual needs and fitness goals.
- **Achieving Targets**: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- **Delivering Service**: Provide a friendly, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all prospective and current members.
- **Managing Data**: Maintain accurate and detailed records within our **CRM system**.

- Available part-time, with a strong focus on **weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)**.

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous sales and customer service experience** is essential.
- **Excellent communication skills** (both verbal and written).
- **Strong organizational and multitasking abilities**.
- Ability to work **weekends (required)** and occasional weekday evenings.
- A **passion for fitness** and commitment to living a healthy lifestyle.

Job Details:
