Are you a 3D Animator who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and working in a dynamic, collaborative environment? Would you like to make your mark on a project and play a major part in the creation of a game?

We’re currently working on a **stylized action-RPG**, so a keen visual aesthetic and the ability to match the tone and feel of the game world are essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Create high-quality character and creature animations that align with the game’s stylized aesthetic and tone.
- Rig, skin, and animate characters, with the ability to adjust and refine rigs when needed.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Art Lead to ensure animation assets are delivered on time and to spec.
- Implement feedback efficiently and iterate on animations based on playtesting and team review.

**Requirements**:

- A solid online portfolio showcasing character animation (game-ready work strongly preferred).
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role (freelance, indie, or studio).
- Familiarity with Unity or other game engines (exporting/importing animations).
- Strong proficiency in **Maya** for rigging, skinning, and animating.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, anatomy, weight, and posing.
- Ability to freeze time, or telekinesis a plus, but not required.

We are currently working on a location-based RPG called SIGIL for mobile, a free-for-all strategy board game called MURMURS, and an upcoming hybrid-RPG game for PC/Switch called O.T.W.C. It’s an exciting time to join us at Albedo, we’re growing quickly and are looking for enthusiastic and talented people to join us on our journey
