- Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
- Two or more years of reimbursement navigation experience involving private and public payers is required.
- Two or more years of related pharmacy experience an asset.
- Organized with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy.
- Excellent knowledge of Canadian drug reimbursement landscape
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail a priority.
- **MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS**:_
- Excellent customer services skills
- Understanding of provincial and private drug coverage criteria
- Familiarity with the Special Authorization process for both public and private insurance in assigned territory.
- Strong computer and technical skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, tablets, web-portals/internet use
- Experience with Kroll Pharmacy Management System is an asset.
- Making decisions using sound judgment, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurate data collection and data integrity
- Ease with working in a paperless environment.
- Ability to drive for results.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment.
