**Primary Responsibilities**:
**What you will bring to the table**:
**_Education/Experience_**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing staff of direct reports.- A minimum of 5 years in Data Analytics and Reporting, Digital Enterprise Solutions Business Analysis and Project Management.**_ Knowledge_**:

- Strong analytical skills and knowledge to develop innovative approaches and strategic recommendations for problem solving the union’s data and technology challenges.**_ Abilities_**:

- Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive and technically sound advice to executives, directors, managers, and employees in specific technical and business process areas.- Strong project management skills with the ability to execute projects within time and budget constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge to develop innovative approaches and strategic recommendations for problem solving the union’s data and technology challenges.-
- Strong ability to develop action plans and participate in strategic plans and make presentations of plans and reports to senior management and executives.
