K-Dental Inc is looking for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant/ Nursing Assistant who will function as an assistant to the Registered Nurse. Under the supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse, a CNA/ Nursing Assistant provides basic nursing services to ensure the safety, comfort, personal hygiene, and protection of patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily duties-ie bed making, vitals
- Supervise at mealtimes in Dining rooms for independent residents
- Support residents with their daily grooming, and shower by supervising, helping to shave and giving towels
- Timely reporting of change in resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor
- Protecting each residents file and data with confidentially per HIPAA standards
- Abiding with all facility policies and procedures including not disclosing user ID codes and passwords
- Following Infection and Control policies
- Reporting any occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, or other hazardous materials to a supervisor immediately

**Qualifications**

1. Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required.
2. Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
3. Minimum six months of previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.
