Plaza Premium Group is proud managing partners with the national flag bearer, Air Canada, and therefore is looking for professional and highly skilled individuals for various FOH & BOH positions for the Air Canada Signature Suite at Vancouver International Airport. In order to serve Air Canada’s super elite, high-profile customers travelling on Air Canada’s Signature Class on select international routes, Plaza Premium Lounge is seeking skilled professionals for both FOH & BOH from, fine-dining, high-end restaurant/hotel backgrounds

HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

**Job Description**:

Overall responsibility

A Housekeeping Attendants is responsible for cleaning, replenishing amenities and linens, and to ensure a clean and comfortable presentation for each guest.

Key Areas of Duties and Responsibility
- Clean and record all assigned: removing trash and dirty linen, dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors, replenishing amenities, placing furniture to its original position
- Clean the guest bathrooms which include: cleaning all surfaces (horizontal and vertical), all sinks, taps, vanities, tubs, showers and walls and toilets and replenish amenities
- Clean, Sanitize and disinfect all common surfaces and touch points in the lounge areas including elevator and staircase
- Vacuum hallways, ensure back spaces are neat and tidy
- Greet guests and take care of requests
- Report all concerns related to Engineering/Maintenance, health and safety, security or suspicious circumstances (including smells/sights and sound) to manager on duty
- Responsible for the assistance in maintaining a clean and organized backspace and housekeeping cart
- Take care of recyclables
- Other duties as assigned

Qualities & Requirements
- Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience is a must
- Fully Vaccinated
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Good communication skills, including verbal and writing skills
- Good organizational skills
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Ability to prioritize
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- High level of attention to detail
- Physical Aspects of Position: ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend and lift weight up to 50 lbs
