Laser Technician

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform laser hair removal and other laser treatments according to established protocols.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and expectations.
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained before and after each treatment session.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and client progress.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in laser technology and skincare.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for clients.

**Skills**
- Strong background in customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, aiding in product recommendations post-treatment.
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is beneficial for providing comprehensive services.
- Ability to sanitize equipment effectively, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients professionally.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care during procedures.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $16.55-$43.60 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Flexible language requirement:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Laser: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Laser Certification (preferred)
