Dog Groomer

Responsibilities:
- Groom dogs according to client specifications and breed standards and instructions provided
- Experience working with cats preferred but not required
- Clean and sanitize grooming equipment and work area
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for pets and staff
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling of appointments
Experience & Skills
- Minimum one year experience required
- Knowledge of different breeds and their grooming needs
- Ability to handle pets of various sizes and temperaments
- Familiarity with grooming tools and techniques
- Ability to lift heavy objects, such as large dogs (we use a team lift for super sized dogs)
- Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners
- Attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
