**Commission Only Salesperson** - **Patio Covering Products (Victoria)**

Pacific Awnings is the largest retailer of outdoor patio covering products on Vancouver Island. We are a locally owned and operated company doing business for over 30 years. We sell and install awnings, fixed patio covers, louvered pergolas, retractable screens, aluminum railings and roll shutters for both residential and commercial customers.

We are growing and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and help us take our company to the next level. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, hard working and self-motivated individual.

The Salesperson will sell outdoor patio covering products to residential and commercial customers. You will be responsible for the whole sales process - initial customer contact, in-home/site visit, quote, sale conversion, order processing and ensuring successful completion. Product training will be provided but it is expected that you are a quick learner and self-motivated to improve. The job involves preparing quotes, following up on leads, and monitoring sales through installation. Some customer leads will be provided, but it is expected for you to generate additional leads on your own. This is a commission-only position with significant earning potential ($100-$200k per year is not uncommon). This position will cover Victoria and surrounding areas, but may extend beyond that. We have showrooms in Victoria and Nanaimo and cover most of Vancouver Island.

Experience & Requirements
- Sales experience and/or mindset is key. Highly motivated and goal driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Experience in construction, outdoor home products or similar home-related products is a plus.
- Ability to learn new products quickly
- Attention to detail when preparing quotes and orders.
- Comfortable with Technology (MS Office, Google Calendar, Online Tools for customer data, leads, quotes, ordering, etc.)
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Always work with an ownership mentality and communicate any issues that are not in the best interest of the company.
- Knowledge of construction and installation of exterior home products is preferred.
- Excellent field measuring skills.
- Valid driver's license is needed and must have their own reliable transportation.

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
