**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
**Skills**
- Proficient in bartending techniques with a solid understanding of mixology.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Experience in cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members alike.
