The Regional Account Specialist will work with Boshart’s Territory Manager in developing partnerships with small and medium size accounts, as well as support the Territory Manager on large accounts. This hybrid role will be primarily based in office with some travel as needed. The Regional Account Specialist will create proactive strategies to increase Sales and create deeper relationships with this important segment of business.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Territory Manager in managing small and medium size accounts in Western Canada/US
- Create proactive prospecting strategies to open new accounts and grow our market share with current customers
- Utilize a CRM to develop and manage a pipeline for sales opportunities
- Assist the Territory Manager in analytics, trend analysis, pricing and pitch development with larger customers
- Work with the Inside Sales team to deliver leading class customer service and value
- Use the BUILD Partnership Process
- Assist the Territory Manager with coordinating customer events and trade shows
- Participate in regular training and skill-improvement processes
- Maintain and enhance the culture and core values of the company
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
- 5+ Years of Sales Experience
- Basic understanding of the Plumbing / Water Well Market
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of office requirements and computer skills to be able to perform each essential job requirement.
- Bilingualism in French and English is preferred but not a requirement
