We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Videographer / Video Editor who’s excited to grow with us.

**The Role**:
You’ll work closely with our Head of Content to increase both short-form and long-form video output, working your editing magic to transform those raw clips into engaging stories across our digital platforms. This role combines on-site filming, travel to customer locations, and hands-on editing. Hours may vary based on shoot schedules and travel.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Content Creation & Editing**
- Edit short-form (30s-1 min) and long-form (5-15 min) video content
- Transform raw footage into engaging, on-brand stories

**Publishing & Growth**
- Schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Collaborate on creative strategy, trends, scripting, and ideation

**On-Site Filming & Production**
- Film customers building their bunkies on location
- Capture testimonials, b-roll, photography, and drone footage

**Output Expectations**
- You will support increasing our overall content output, with a target of contributing an additional 3-4 short-form reels per week and one long-form video per week, in collaboration with the content team.

**Physical & Environmental Requirements**
- This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting and transporting video equipment, working outdoors, and traveling to customer sites.

- Are you a pro with a camera and have a knack for storytelling?
- Are you self-sufficient in scripting, shooting, and editing a video?
- Do you have experience with video editing in Final Cut Pro X?
- Are you efficient with your time and can work in a fast-paced environment where content is going out every day?
- Love the idea of capturing real moments that help families connect?
- A self-driven person who thrives in a dynamic environment?
- Comfortable managing deadlines independently
- Able to adapt quickly in fast-paced, real-world filming environments

- You can easily adapt your creative style to different platforms, whether it’s YouTube, Instagram, facebook or TikTok.
- You have experience creating content for your personal brand or other brands.
