**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As an **Assistant Manager**, you’ll be the right hand of the management team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and providing top-tier customer service. Your days will be a mix of customer interaction, team leadership, and behind-the-scenes problem-solving. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:

- Support the team by overseeing daily operations, making sure everything is running efficiently.

- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Jump in wherever needed—whether that’s helping customers, ensuring vehicles are ready to go, or keeping the team organized.
- Work closely with upper management to implement policies, improve processes, and help the business grow.
