**Essential Skills**:
Manage and develop new and existing customers through effective, positive and professional communication both written and verbal,
Provide exceptional customer service and possess strong outbound sales & calling experience,
Manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks,
Ability to work both independently and as a team member,
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Outlook,
Video conference experience,
Attention to detail with the willingness to adapt to feedback.

Optician training/experience
Call center experience would be an asset,
We provide in-house product training and a competitive salary based on skills and experience with commission opportunities. We offer medical and dental benefits after the three-month probationary period is completed.
**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
